Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the pastry packaging (usually 200°C - 400°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
  • 3.   Cut the tomato (remove the seeds), chicken breast, and cheddar into pieces. Mix the pieces in a bowl with beaten eggs, salt, pepper, spices, grated gruyère cheese, and tomato sauce. Pour onto the pastry.
  • 4.   Bake for 25 minutes, serve immediately.
