Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice.
  • 2.   Mix the mayonnaise with mustard, lemon, ketchup, and Tabasco.
  • 3.   Cut the avocados in half and remove the flesh.
  • 4.   Mix the avocado flesh with crab, mayonnaise, and cold rice.
  • 5.   Fill the avocado halves with the mixture and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

  • 2 avocados
  • 30 g of rice
  • 1 crab meat
  • 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
