Grandma's Tuna Deviled Eggs

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs in a pot of water over medium heat. For hard-boiled eggs, cook for 8 minutes once the water starts boiling. Once cooked, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise. Separate the whites from the yolks and place them in two different dishes.
  • 2.   Mix the yolks with the tuna, minced shallots, minced garlic, curry, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly, gradually adding the mayonnaise.
  • 3.   Fill the halved hard-boiled egg whites with this mixture, then sprinkle with parsley and curry.
  • 4.   Serve chilled, with some asparagus for example, or seasoned raw vegetables.

  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
