Steamed Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Mix the St Moret cheese with the tuna, chopped olives, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Fill the inside of the tomatoes with the mixture and steam for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold with a drizzle of olive oil.

  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
