Chicken Caesar Salad with Granola in 25 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Crush the granola.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken breasts into 3-4 thick strips each.
  • 3.   Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in the egg yolks and coat with the granola. Arrange in a baking dish.
  • 4.   Bake for 8 minutes.
  • 5.   Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Sauté them in oil with crushed garlic cloves, then add honey to caramelize. Deglaze with soy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, feel free to add a little water.
  • 6.   Cut the romaine lettuce.
  • 7.   Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl, place the chicken on top, then drizzle the salad with dressing (not the chicken, as it will become soggy) and add the mushrooms.

  • 100 g of granola

  • 2 tablespoon of liquid honey
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
