Oat and Chocolate Biscuits, Sugar-Free

These biscuits are perfect for starting the day in a delicious way, but also for keeping you going until lunchtime!

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler over low heat. Pour it into a bowl, add the flour, almond powder, oat flakes, chocolate chips, salt, baking powder, cocoa, and finally, water. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet and spread it to a thickness of 1 cm. Chill for 10 minutes. Retrieve the dough and cut out circles with a diameter of 7 cm using a cookie cutter. Gather the scraps and repeat until all the dough is used. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Transfer the biscuits to a wire rack 5 minutes after baking. You can decorate them with melted chocolate and peanut butter. Dip the biscuits in melted chocolate and let them set.
  • 2.   Then, using a small spoon or a piping bag, add the peanut butter.

  • 90 g of mixed oats
  • 80 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 g of water
  • 20 g of cocoa powder
  • salt (according to taste)
