1. Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler over low heat. Pour it into a bowl, add the flour, almond powder, oat flakes, chocolate chips, salt, baking powder, cocoa, and finally, water. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet and spread it to a thickness of 1 cm. Chill for 10 minutes. Retrieve the dough and cut out circles with a diameter of 7 cm using a cookie cutter. Gather the scraps and repeat until all the dough is used. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Transfer the biscuits to a wire rack 5 minutes after baking. You can decorate them with melted chocolate and peanut butter. Dip the biscuits in melted chocolate and let them set.
