Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the rutabagas, slice them into small pieces, and place them in a shallow dish. Pour 8 cl of salted water over them and cook covered in the microwave for 6 minutes on high power. Stir halfway through cooking. Check that they are tender. Scrub the potatoes, roughly chop them, and cook them in the same way as the rutabagas.
  • 2.   Heat a non-stick skillet or wok. Quickly sauté the gizzards, remove them from the skillet, and replace them with the sliced leek. Add 4 tablespoons of water and let the leek melt until the water has evaporated. Add the rutabagas and potatoes and sauté them with the leek until lightly browned. Add the gizzards, season generously with salt and pepper. Off the heat, add the chopped herbs.
