Salmon Risotto with Cookeo

Risotto, a typically Italian dish that we love to enhance in different ways. We propose a delicious version with fresh salmon using your Moulinex multicooker. A recipe for both kids and adults with minimal preparation and hands-off cooking for the whole family to enjoy.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion. Dissolve the vegetable stock cube in water. Cut the salmon fillets into pieces.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add the oil, onion, and start your robot on the sauté function. Let it cook for 2 minutes, then add the rice and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Pour in the white wine and let your device cook for another 2 minutes on the sauté mode.
  • 3.   Add the vegetable broth, salmon, salt, and pepper, then program for 15 minutes on the pressure cooking setting.
  • 4.   At the end of the cooking time, add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, mix well, and serve.

  • 20 cl of white wine
