Instructions

  • 1.   Brush and rinse the mussels in cold water. In a pot, sauté the shallots for 2 minutes with the white wine. Add the mussels, garlic, and parsley. Cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes until the mussels open slightly. Remove the mussels from their shells and place them in a shallow dish with a lid. Strain the juice and reserve 5 cl.
  • 2.   Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a sauté pan and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes until they are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the mussels.
  • 3.   In a small saucepan, reduce the reserved mussel juice and cream for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour the sauce over the seafood and mix well. Drain the pasta and add it to the center of the dish. Season with pepper.

  • 60 g of peeled shrimp
  • 100 g of light cream (12-15%)
