Spinach ham quiche without dough

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Put the spinach in a culinary glass casserole dish with 100 ml of water and a pinch of salt, cover and cook for 3 min in the microwave (750 W). Drain and squeeze to remove all the water.
  • 2.   Reserve 1 teaspoon of flour for the mold. In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs with the rest of the flour, the petit-suisse then the milk until you get a smooth preparation. Salt, pepper and sprinkle the nutmeg.
  • 3.   Margarine and flour (with the reserved spoonful) a 27 cm diameter non-stick tart pan. Divide half the dough, then half the spinach, diced ham and Gruyere cheese. Cover with the rest of the dough. Scatter the rest, ham and grated Gruyere cheese. Bake 25 min. Let cool 15 min. Unmold by turning the quiche twice in a row. Cut into 6 parts.
