Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion into thin strips. In a sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat and sauté the onion. Cut the zucchini and apples into large cubes (3 cm) and the bananas into thick slices. Sauté over medium heat for 15 minutes. Cover for the last 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken breasts into thick pieces, add them to the sauté pan with the zucchini and fruits, and cook over high heat. When the chicken is cooked, add the sour cream off the heat. Season with salt and serve immediately.
