Instructions
1. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic in butter and oil.
2. Add the chicken breasts and cook, turning them occasionally. Stir in the mushrooms and paprika. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are cooked. Then pour in the flour diluted in water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the sour cream and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Simmer to warm up. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with steamed potatoes.
