Rice with ground meat

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion, sauté it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the 2 cups of rice and mix until it becomes translucent.
  • 3.   Add the ground meat and brown it.
  • 4.   Remove the meat and onions from the pan and set aside.
  • 5.   Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan.
  • 6.   Add the water and bouillon cube, let it reduce.
  • 7.   When the rice is cooked, add the meat and onions, mix well, and heat everything together.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper if needed!

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 40 cl of water
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
