Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the Cookeo in "browning" mode and brown the pork roast in a drizzle of oil, making sure to turn it regularly to ensure even cooking.
  • 2.   Add the minced shallots and crushed garlic, then let them cook for a few more minutes. Pour in the wine, cream, and add the prunes.
  • 3.   Set the Cookeo to "quick cooking" or "pressure cooking"/immediate start mode. Adjust the cooking time to 20 minutes. Close the lid and let it cook.
  • 4.   When the cooking is done, open the Cookeo and add the flour, then mix with a wooden spoon or whisk. Season to taste, let the sauce thicken for a few minutes in "browning" mode, then serve immediately.
