Chicken Risotto with Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken fillets into pieces. Peel and slice the onion.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add olive oil, onion, and chicken. Start your device in the browning mode. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the rice and stir. Then add the white wine and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add water, salt, and pepper, and set the pressure cooking mode for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   At the end of the cooking time, add the cream and parmesan. Mix well and let it sit for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
