Fish croquettes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the peeled potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes.
  • 2.   Blend the potatoes with the fish, half of the breadcrumbs, herbs, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Shape the mixture into croquettes and dip them one by one in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
  • 4.   Cook in a pan for 6 to 7 minutes on each side over medium heat in olive oil.
  • 5.   Serve with vegetables, salad, and a sauce made of yogurt and mustard.

  • 10 g of onion
