Zucchini and shrimp tagliatelle with curry (TG)

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion with coconut oil. Add the sliced peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Wash the zucchini and cut them in half. Use a peeler to cut them into tagliatelle-like strips, leaving the seeds. Add them to the wok.
  • 3.   In another pan, heat the coconut oil with garlic and curry. Add the shrimp with a little water. Once golden, transfer them to the vegetable pan. Cook for 5 minutes with paprika. Sprinkle with coriander before serving.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 150 g of shrimp
  • 1 pinch of hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
