Chocolate Coconut Muffins

Instructions

. Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous dough.
Put in muffin molds for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Pour the mixture over the muffins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
