Chocolate Coconut Muffins

Light recipe without sugar or fat. Easy and quick

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous dough.
    Put in muffin molds for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Pour the mixture over the muffins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 100 g of oat flake
  • 2 medium egg
  • 250 tablespoon of white cheese envia 0%
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 15 g of grated coconut
  • 60 g of dark baking chocolate
  • 10 g of coconut oil
