Healthy Chocolate Shell Madeleines
Madeleines without Sugar or Fat

Instructions

. Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous batter.

. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

. Melt the chocolate.

. Unmold the madeleines. Line the molds with melted chocolate, place the madeleines back in, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
