Healthy Chocolate Shell Madeleines

Madeleines without Sugar or Fat

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • 2.   Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   Melt the chocolate.
  • 4.   Unmold the madeleines. Line the molds with melted chocolate, place the madeleines back in, and refrigerate for at least one hour.

  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 40 g of dark baking chocolate
  • 1 medium egg white
