Palm trees for aperitif (gluten-free and cow's milk free)

  • 1.   Unroll the puff pastry.
  • 2.   Cover with slices of bacon and then goat's log cut into thin slices.
  • 3.   Roll the dough on itself up to half. Do the same with the other half to join the 2 sides.
  • 4.   Place everything in the freezer for about ten minutes to harden the dough (otherwise it would be impossible to cut).
  • 5.   Then cut into small strips: you get your small laminated palm trees ready to cook!
  • 6.   Cooking about 15 min at 200 °, thermostat 6-7 (watch your palm trees because it all depends on your oven).
  • 7.   Serve in a nice dish as an aperitif. Guaranteed success!
