Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and drain the endives, cut them into small pieces.
  • 2.   Set aside in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Cut the blue cheese, comté cheese, and bacon.
  • 4.   Add everything to the endives.
  • 5.   Prepare a dressing with a teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 4 tablespoons of fresh cream, and a little pepper.
