Chicken and Bell Pepper Rice (TG)

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the chicken and bell peppers into strips. Mix the chicken, bell peppers, garlic powder, soy sauce, and ginger in a dish.
    Sauté this mixture for 10-12 minutes in a pan with olive oil and half of the lemon juice.
  • 2.   Dissolve the bouillon cube in a pot of boiling water, then add the rice and cook for half of the time indicated on the packaging.
  • 3.   Stir the rice into the chicken and bell pepper mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
    Season and add the remaining lemon juice and cilantro.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lime juice
  • 100 g of basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
