Salmon and Coconut Milk Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta.
    In a pan, sauté the salmon cubes with a little coconut oil, add the spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice, and coconut milk.
    Mix with the pasta and serve.

  • 100 g of whole wheat pasta
  • 150 g of diced salmon
  • 50 ml of coconut milk
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
