Beef Bo Bun

Instructions

  • 1.   Boil water, pour into a bowl and let the rice vermicelli soak for 10 minutes.
    Wash and peel all the vegetables. Cut the mint and coriander into small pieces.
    Cut the cucumber and carrots into small sticks. Chop the garlic.
    Crush the peanuts with a pestle.
    Slice the beef into strips.
    In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the beef strips for 3 minutes (depending on desired doneness). Add the Nuoc Mam sauce and set aside the meat.
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Arrange the beef strips on top.
    Prepare the sauce: spring roll sauce + lemon juice + garlic.
    Pour the sauce over the Bo Bun. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and herbs.
    Serve.

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 8 tablespoon of nem sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
