Thai-style Shrimp Spaghetti (Bang Bang Shrimp)

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cooking the pasta in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
  • 2.   Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, Sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • 3.   In a skillet, heat olive oil, add the shrimp and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • 4.   Cook for about 3 minutes or until the shrimp turn opaque.
  • 5.   Add the reserved sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • 6.   Stir in the spaghetti. Mix everything well.
  • 7.   Sprinkle generously with chopped parsley.
  • 8.   Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese if desired.
