White bean and tuna salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the white beans and tuna. Flake the tuna. Slice the shallot and chop the parsley.
  • 2.   Mix the vinegar and mustard. Add the oil while whisking. Season with pepper and parsley.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix the beans with the tuna and shallot. Season with the vinaigrette.

  • 1 large canned white beans (drained weight)
  • 1 medium canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 shallot
  • 30 ml of vinegar
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • 10 ml of mustard
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
