White bean salad with tuna

Course: Starter
Preparation: 10 minutes


  • 1.   Drain the white beans and the tuna. Crumble the tuna. Mince the shallot and chop the parsley.
  • 2.   Combine the vinegar and mustard. Whisk in the oil. Add the pepper and parsley.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix the beans with the tuna and the shallot. Season with the vinaigrette.

  • 1 large white beans, canned (drained weight)
  • 1 medium white tuna in water canned
  • 1 shallot
  • 30 ml of vinegar
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • 10 ml of mustard
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • fresh parsley (according to taste)
