White bean and tuna salad

Instructions

. Drain the white beans and tuna. Flake the tuna. Slice the shallot and chop the parsley.

. Mix the vinegar and mustard. Add the oil while whisking. Season with pepper and parsley.

. In a salad bowl, mix the beans with the tuna and shallot. Season with the vinaigrette.
