Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Sauté them in oil.
  • 2.   Dice the apple and tomatoes.
  • 3.   Add them to the chicken along with the curry. Mix.
  • 4.   Dissolve the coconut by putting it in water. Add it to the pan.
  • 5.   Let it cook gently for 10 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with basmati rice.
