Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the outer skin of your onion and slice it.
  • 2.   Sauté the onion and bacon with olive oil in the bowl of your robot in "browning" mode for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside and clean your cube.
  • 3.   Pour water into your bowl. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes in "pressure" mode.
  • 4.   Grate the Parmesan cheese.
  • 5.   In a bowl, mix the cream with the egg yolk and 50 g of Parmesan cheese.
  • 6.   Add this mixture to the bowl of your robot. Set the "keep warm" mode for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and mix.
  • 7.   Divide your pasta into 4 shallow plates. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
