Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Peel the carrots, rinse them, and cut them into sticks. Dissolve half a bouillon cube in a small glass of hot water.
  • 2.   Pour the oil into the Cookeo, and select the "browning" classic cooking mode, then sweat the onion. Add the pork roast and brown it on all sides.
  • 3.   Pour the white wine, add the carrots and the bouillon, then close the Cookeo and select the gentle cooking mode.
  • 4.   Let it cook for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
