Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into regular slices.
  • 2.   Remove the first layer of skin from your onions and slice them.
  • 3.   Put the potatoes, onions, and bacon in the bowl of your robot (cooker).
  • 4.   Start the browning mode and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 5.   Add the heavy cream, water, salt, pepper, and cook for 12 minutes in pressure cooking mode.
  • 6.   Cut the tartiflette cheese into slices.
  • 7.   Place your cheese slices on top of your preparation and set your device to keep warm mode for 5 minutes.
