Puff Pastry Christmas Tree with Tapenade

Instructions

  • 1.   Spread pesto sauce on the surface of your puff pastry.
  • 2.   Cut strips that are 1.5 cm wide.
  • 3.   Fold each strip onto itself to form a tree shape. Secure them with wooden picks.
  • 4.   Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake at 180 °C for 18 minutes.

  • 250 g of pesto sauce
  • 10 long wooden sticks
