Low GI Savory Cake

Just as good for appetizers as for dinner with a small salad! Why should we watch others enjoy themselves? Here's the recipe for the cake that I've revisited! Excellent! For a large savory cake: 150g spelt flour 1 packet of baking powder 3 eggs 100 mL organic rapeseed oil 125 mL soy milk 100g gruyère cheese For the filling, I used: 3 slices of ham, cut into small pieces 1 can of well-drained button mushrooms 1 tsp garlic powder

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix everything together, add the filling, pour into an aluminum cake mold without adding any fat, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Monitor the cooking time.

    Let it cool, then remove from the mold.

    After two nice slices and a salad, Blood Sugar Level at 1.09, so perfect.

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 125 ml of soy milk
  • 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • Pour la garniture :
  • 3 slice of ham
  • 1 cup of canned mushroom
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
