Lamb chops and Ebly with parsley

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the Ebly in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, prepare the parsley mixture: peel the garlic, wash the parsley, then finely chop them and mix them together.
  • 3.   Sear the lamb chops for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cover.
  • 4.   Drain the Ebly, add olive oil and the parsley mixture, then season with pepper.
  • 5.   Serve hot with the lamb chops.

Ingredients for servings

  • 8 lamb chop
  • 250 g of Ebly
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 12 stalk of parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
