Lamb chops and Ebly with parsley

Instructions

. Cook the Ebly in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

. Meanwhile, prepare the parsley mixture: peel the garlic, wash the parsley, then finely chop them and mix them together.

. Sear the lamb chops for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cover.

. Drain the Ebly, add olive oil and the parsley mixture, then season with pepper.

. Serve hot with the lamb chops.
