Couscous in the Cookeo

Instructions

. In sauté mode
Brown the chicken thighs
Add the merguez sausages
Set aside

. Brown the onions and garlic, stirring often
Once browned, add all the vegetables except zucchini and chickpeas. Let them brown.

. Add the chicken and spices. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Set to quick cook for 10 minutes.

. Add zucchini and merguez sausages
Set to cook for another 3 or 4 minutes (depending on the preheating time of your Cookeo)

. Serve with couscous.
