Mushroom and Chicken Pie

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
    Sauté the chicken pieces.
    Set aside.
  • 2.   Blanch the onion, then add the mushrooms and cream.
    Season well with salt! Add the chicken.
  • 3.   Pour everything into a pre-lined pie crust.
    Sprinkle grated gruyère cheese on top.
    Place the second pie crust on top.
    Seal the edges well.
  • 4.   Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
