Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onion, shallots, and garlic.
  • 2.   In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté them.
  • 3.   Then add the sliced mushrooms and let them brown.
  • 4.   Cover with water and add the chopped parsley and bouillon cube, then let it cook for 35 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the cream and blend everything.
  • 6.   Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.

  • 75 g of bridelight cream 4%
