Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the cornstarch into a bowl.
    Add the eggs one by one.
  • 2.   Gradually pour in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
  • 3.   Add the bacon, grated cheese, and pepper to taste.
  • 4.   Pour everything into a 24 cm (9.5 inch) tart dish (serves 4).
  • 5.   Bake for about 40 minutes in a hot oven (th7 210°C / 410°F).
  • 6.   Serve warm with a green salad.

  • This quiche can also be made by replacing the bacon with flaked tuna or finely chopped vegetables (leeks, asparagus, zucchini...).
