Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the cornstarch into a bowl. Add the eggs one by one.
  • 2.   Gradually pour the milk so that the mixture is homogeneous.
  • 3.   Add bacon, grated cheese and pepper to taste.
  • 4.   Pour everything into a 24 cm pie dish (proportion for 4 people) in diameter.
  • 5.   Bake for about 40 minutes in a hot oven (at 210 ° C).
  • 6.   Serve warm with a green salad.
