Carrot Carbonara Tagliatelle 6SP

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices to make tagliatelle, then chop the onion.
  • 2.   In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and carrots for a few minutes.
  • 3.   Then add the water, cover, and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Next, add the bacon bits and let it cook for 4 minutes.
  • 5.   Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with the cream, then pour it into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
