Light WW Chicken Blanquette 2 SP

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring the water to a boil, then add the bouillon cube and stir.
  • 2.   In a casserole dish, heat the olive oil and sauté the leek sliced into rounds, the carrots sliced into rounds, and the mushrooms quartered for a few minutes.
  • 3.   Add the chicken cut into pieces, sprinkle with cornstarch, and stir.
  • 4.   Pour in the seasoned broth and let simmer for about 25 minutes.
  • 5.   Then add the light cream, stir, and let simmer for another 2 minutes.

  • 135 g of button mushroom
  • 3 teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • 250 ml of water
  • ½ defatted poultry cube
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 30 g of bridelight cream 4%
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
