Zucchini and Pearl Barley Gratin with Cheese 6 SP

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into cubes. Sauté them in a frying pan with the onion.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the pearl barley in boiling salted water (following the product instructions).
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 4.   Pour the cancoillotte cheese into a bowl and melt it in the microwave.
  • 5.   In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them. Incorporate the cancoillotte cheese, mix well, then add the zucchini, milk, and barley. Mix thoroughly before pouring this mixture into a gratin dish.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
