Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the chicken thighs and then remove them from the water.
    Add shallots to the boiling water.
    Add 1/2 lemon or 1 tablespoon of lemon or shallot vinegar.
    Add 1 small cube of finely chopped or grated ginger.
    Add 1 tablespoon of Chinese crustaceans.
  • 2.   Maximum 2 tablespoons of lemon.
    At the end, peel the chicken and put the chicken back into the soup.
    Serve with round rice.
    Add a little fresh coriander on top.
