Blinis Topping

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the cottage cheese and lemon juice.
  • 2.   Finely chop the dill and add it to the cottage cheese.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   You can serve this sauce on warm blinis with smoked salmon.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 tablespoon of sheep's milk white cheese
  • 5 stalk of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
