Filet mignon with Boursin cheese and mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onion, then sauté it with the mushrooms in a saucepan with olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the slices of filet mignon and brown them for a few minutes.
    Add water and the bouillon cube, stir and let cook for 20 minutes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the Boursin cheese with the sour cream and pour into the saucepan, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for another 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the cornstarch and let cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve your filet mignon with Boursin cheese and mushrooms with cooked rice.

  • 400 g of pork tenderloin
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of Boursin
  • 4 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 200 ml of water
  • 12 g of Cornstarch
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 500 g of button mushroom
  • 3 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
