Pumpkin Pie Bowlcake

A special Halloween bowlcake

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
    Steam or microwave them for a few minutes.
    Mash them with a fork.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina, sugar, and a little sweetener.
    Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
  • 3.   Mix well and add a little milk.
  • 4.   Cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes in the microwave.
  • 5.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Let it cool slightly and drizzle with sweetened whipped cream and a little sweetener.
  • 6.   You can add a little caramel sauce and some pecans.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the pumpkin with kabocha squash, butternut squash, or another variety of squash.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 130 g of pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar cube
  • 3 tablespoon of skim milk
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon of four spices
  • 1 tablespoon of thickened light cream
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid caramel (optional)
