Pumpkin Pie Bowlcake

Instructions

. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Steam or microwave them for a few minutes.
Mash them with a fork.

. In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina, sugar, and a little sweetener.
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.

. Mix well and add a little milk.

. Cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes in the microwave.

. Unmold onto a plate.
Let it cool slightly and drizzle with sweetened whipped cream and a little sweetener.

. You can add a little caramel sauce and some pecans.
Notes & Suggestions
You can replace the pumpkin with kabocha squash, butternut squash, or another variety of squash.
