Coconut Chicken

Coconut milk in savory dishes (meat or fish) is a real delight. It brings sweetness to the dish and a touch of exoticism at the same time. I'm a fan!! And it's not as fatty as you might think (it's equivalent to 15% fat sour cream). So let's enjoy it!!

Instructions

  • 1.   In a non-stick skillet, sauté the minced onion with a little water.
  • 2.   Add the diced meat and let it brown. Add the tomato sauce, coconut milk, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve hot with rice.
