Chocolate Banana Brownie

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat, if necessary, the coconut oil to liquefy it (for example, in a double boiler).
    Roughly chop the cashews.
    Pour all the ingredients (except the cashews) one by one into a blender and blend until smooth.
    Add the cashews and mix.
    Line a square baking dish, approximately 15x15 cm, with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C.
    Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before enjoying.

  • Use ripe bananas.
