Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Put them in a saucepan and cover with water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • 3.   Cover and bring to a boil.
  • 4.   Drain the potatoes.
  • 5.   Crush the potatoes using a potato press or fork or a low-speed blender, but do not mix for a long time.
  • 6.   Add the oil, milk, salt and pepper. Mix until you get a light and creamy puree
  • 7.   Make the meat.
  • 8.   Sprinkle with Gruyère gratin and bread crumbs and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
