Shepherd's pie (dairy-free, gluten-free)

Instructions

. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

. Put them in a saucepan and cover them with water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

. Cover and bring to a boil.

. Drain the potatoes.

. Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or a fork or a hand blender at low speed, but do not blend for too long.

. Add the oil, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a light and creamy mashed potatoes.

. Cook the meat.

. Sprinkle the gratin with gruyere cheese and breadcrumbs and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
