Raspberry and Pink Praline Bowlcake

A treat for the eyes... and more!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook a few raspberries in the microwave and mash them into a puree. Add a little sweetener if needed.
  • 2.   Mix the egg, semolina, baking powder, and sweetener.
  • 3.   Add the applesauce and milk, then half of the raspberries.
  • 4.   Place the pink pralines at the bottom of a bowl and pour the mixture over them.
  • 5.   Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 6.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Decorate with the remaining raspberries and the coulis.
  • 7.   Enjoy hot or warm.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 2 tablespoon of raspberry apple sauce without added sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of skim milk
  • 1 handful of raspberry
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 14 g of crushed pink pralines
