Raspberry and Pink Praline Bowlcake

Instructions

. Cook a few raspberries in the microwave and mash them into a puree. Add a little sweetener if needed.

. Mix the egg, semolina, baking powder, and sweetener.

. Add the applesauce and milk, then half of the raspberries.

. Place the pink pralines at the bottom of a bowl and pour the mixture over them.

. Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

. Unmold onto a plate.
Decorate with the remaining raspberries and the coulis.

. Enjoy hot or warm.
