Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic clove and onion.
  • 2.   Finely chop and fry with olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Wash and cut the diced eggplant, add to the onion and pour the tomato coulis.
  • 4.   Fry covered for about ten minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 5.   Add the crumbled tuna, salt and pepper and mix again.
  • 6.   Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 7.   Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  • 8.   Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake for about 15 minutes.
