Instructions

1. Peel the garlic clove and onion.
2. Finely chop and fry with olive oil for 5 minutes.
3. Wash and cut the diced eggplant, add to the onion and pour the tomato coulis.
4. Fry covered for about ten minutes, stirring regularly.
5. Add the crumbled tuna, salt and pepper and mix again.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake for about 15 minutes.
