Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic clove and onion.
  • 2.   Finely chop them and sauté them in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Wash and dice the eggplant, add it to the sautéed onion, and pour in the tomato sauce.
  • 4.   Cover and cook for about ten minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 5.   Add the crumbled tuna, salt, and pepper, then mix again.
  • 6.   Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 7.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 8.   Pour the mixture into a gratin dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and bake for about 15 minutes.

  • 190 ml of tomato coulis
  • 200 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 150 g of mozzarella
  • salt (according to taste)
