8 | Beef Fajitas

To continue our journey to Mexico, today I propose Beef Fajitas. Melted cheddar, salsa, guacamole, and beef cooked with Mexican spices are the ingredients to succeed in this colorful recipe!

Instructions

  • 1.   The meat: Finely chop the onion. In a large pan with a little olive oil, sauté the onions. Add the ground beef. Season to taste. Add the small can of corn. Mix and sauté for 15 minutes. Keep warm.
  • 2.   The salsa: Cut the bell pepper into cubes. In a bowl, add some crushed tomatoes, add the bell pepper cubes. Season. Keep refrigerated.
  • 3.   Prepare the melted cheddar: cut the slices into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Chop the lettuce. When you are ready to serve, microwave the tortillas for 2 minutes. Place your preparations on the table. And the tasting can begin!
  • 4.   Take a tortilla, place some beef, salsa, melted cheddar, guacamole, and finish with a few sprigs of fresh lettuce. Fold your Fajitas, and now you can eat!

  • 12 tortilla wraps
  • 100 g of guacamole
  • 12 slice of cheddar
  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of corn (small can)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 ml of tabasco
  • 2 g of Mexican spice blend
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 g of crushed tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 leaf of lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
